De Novo HRConsulting & Business Advisory is Hiring a Remote Cyber Security Analyst

Our client is a managed services IT company that serves clients in the Philadelphia and surrounding counties. They are problem solvers; offering strategies and solutions to guarantee that systems are operating optimally.
The Cyber Security Analyst is responsible for assessing and managing cybersecurity risks. This role monitors information assets and maintains the confidentiality and integrity of systems and data.
This is a remote position.
Responsibilities include:
  • Monitor computer networks and systems for potential threats and conduct security assessments.
  • Investigate security incidents and provide a timely response for remediation.
  • Assist in development and implementation of security policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Install, alter, and update security software.
  • Examines reports, data, and analytics to identify suspicious activity and threats.
  • Manage a security testing program that includes regular penetration testing and phishing simulations. Interpret results, prioritize remediation efforts, and share insights with management.
Desired Skills & Experience:
  • Associates or Bachelors Degree in IT or a related course of study preferred.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a Help Desk Environment. Autotask experience a plus.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of Cyber Security experience.
  • On prem (server) and cloud (Microsoft Azure) experience.
  • G Suite experience, required.
  • M365/Intune experience, required.
  • A Certification strongly preferred.
  • Understanding of computer networks, computer hardware, and windows environment.
  • Active listener with the ability to communicate efficiently both verbally and in writing in a professional and reassuring manner.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to quickly analyze problems using deductive logic.
Standard schedule is M-F 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
